Jeanette Ettin of St. Dunstan’s in Davison has been accepted in to the inaugural year of the Kanuga Fellows Program (KFP)!
KFP is a faith-based spiritual leadership program that nurtures a deep connection between God, nature, and the calling to lead with wisdom and grace. Rooted in Episcopal tradition and inspired by God’s creation, this program equips leaders to grow spiritually while drawing from the natural world. Through prayer, reflection and immersive outdoor experiences, participants will cultivate servant-hearted leadership, develop a deeper awareness of God’s presence in creation, and learn to lead with purpose. Practical management, leadership, and technical skills will be rooted in this exploration rather than separate from it. The program is a two year residency with four in person immersions at Kanuga through which cohorts will form a community of diverse leaders who will support each other in sustained, thoughtful leadership.
Jeanette is already an established leader in Creation Care in our diocese and as we pray for her in this new and stretching experience, we look forward to the ways her time as a fellow will continue to help all of us to grow in our connection to the earth and our spiritual practices and ministries!
