Being & Becoming: Staff Structure Changes

In yesterday's video, we shared lessons learned from interviews across the diocese about people's expectations for and experiences with diocesan staff. Today, we're sharing the changes we're implementing in light of those lessons.

Our new diocesan organizational chart is more than lines and titles on a page; it’s a reflection of how we will serve one another and our communities as one diocese. After months of prayer, listening, and careful discernment, your Standing Committee has approved a structure that better supports collaboration, clarifies responsibilities, and ensures that every congregation has someone walking alongside them. In today’s video, the Rev. Molly Bosscher and the Rev. Alan James explain the new chart and what it means for our shared life together.

We invite you to watch and reflect. If you missed earlier videos, you can check out previous blog posts for videos and transcripts. And we’d love to hear your thoughts! Share your feedback with us in the comments or during the Diocesan Townhall on Tuesday, September 16, at 7 p.m.
